Based in Los Gatos, California, Chiocchi Development Company (CDC) builds luxury custom homes in Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz County and San Mateo County. Our services and expertise includes new construction and major renovations to existing homes through-out the south bay and coastal communities including Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, San Jose, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, Atherton, Woodside, Portola Valley, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Soquel and Watsonville.

Founder, Bill Chiocchi
Bill is the founder and managing principal of CDC. He completed his BS at Louisiana Tech University and his MBA at the University of Southern California. Prior to founding CDC, Bill was involved in several technology start-ups including software companies in the enterprise document management and office automation industry. Acting as his own general contractor, he built his first house in the late 1990’s. Bill has been actively involved in land acquisition and the construction of custom homes ever since. He has been a licensed general contractor since 2002.
Given his extensive background in technology, Bill has developed a keen interest in home automation control. He stays up to date on the latest technology. His projects frequently include state of the art capabilities such as: integrated security, climate, lighting, blinds, audio and video distribution and home management controls that are accessible locally or remotely by the homeowner at all times from anywhere in the world. Using virtually any device connected to the internet – PC, iPad, iPhone, etc, one could have control over their home as if they were standing in their living room. Understanding the economic, as well as social importance of renewable building techniques. Bill makes a point in using the latest energy efficient technology and materials available.
Bill has always been an active member in the Silicon Valley Community. He has been a local resident of Silicon Valley and the Santa Cruz County area since the early 90s. Throughout his residency in the area, education has always been of great importance to him. He has served as a board member in local school districts for 5 years and during his time as a board member he served as president of the Loma Prieta Joint Union School District. Additionally, Bill has coached children's sports for over 12 years and has received recognition from parents for his patience and careful attention to each child's needs. Bill promises to bring the same methodical care to your luxury home. He understands, after 12 years of experience on such projects, that building your dream home is a delicate and emotive process.
